Jared began to develop his skills as a composer first as an improviser at the age of twelve.
In this section, you can listen to some of his personal recordings. As they were all improvised on the spot, it can be assumed there are no scores for these.
12 IMPROMPTUS
Recorded in March of 2021 by my friend Rachel Nic Tom, this suite of twelve impromptus was played and recorded in one sitting. Each work was designated a color by Rachel, and these were kept as the names for the convenience of the listener.
Throughout the pieces, there are quotations from numerous composers, such as Beethoven, Prokofiev, and Chopin. The total length of the set is around 48 minutes long.

Recorded by the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama while still a student, this impromptu was improvised during one of the Chamber Tuesdays that are a feature of the College. The work was composed ex tempore and it features Satie and Prokofiev.
